Chef Laurent Tourondel created his Bistro Laurent Tourondel as an adaptation of the American Steakhouse, elevating it with his signature style. The menu, organized by category, and complemented with corresponding savory sauces, guides diners to steakhouse bliss.
Although delicate, fish, like meats, arrive in steakhouse sized portions, and are delivered in similar style. Soy-Citrus, Caper Brown Butter and Tomato-Béarnaise are available for your fish of choice – Broiled Maine Lobster, Grilled Tuna and Spiced Swordfish. In keeping with the steakhouse concept, Sautéed Dover Sole is available filleted, or on the bone.
Then pair your customized entrée with a side, nestled in a petite cast-iron pan – Baked, Fried & Sauteed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, Sautéed Porcini, or Shoestring Fries are some of the tempting sides that recall the great steakhouses of the past.
