Editorial Review
The successor to BLT Steak and BLT Fish, this steakhouse is at the location of the former Union Pacific restaurant.
Comfy banquettes, a handsome bar and an open kitchen are the architecural features here, but you're really coming for the USDA Prime and certified dry angus beef, which are dry-aged on premises. As at the other BLTs, you choose sauces and side dishes, which include terrific creamed spinach, massive onion rings, and even bleu-cheese tater tots. More unusual but certain to become a classic is a smoked sea salt American Kobe rib eye ($72).
