Barolo Restaurant & Garden provides the foods and wine from the region of Barolo in Northern Italy.
Barolo has two beautiful dining rooms, and if you go all the way to the back, you will see their famous outdoor garden with dining. Aside from the beautiful dining areas, Barolo offers some of the best Italian food in New York, a prize-winning wine list, and an elegant and warm atmosphere.
Chef Mario Camia, a veteran of the best restaurants in Italy, was born in the town of Barolo, and is responsible for the traditional recipes that make Barolo's menu unique in New York.
Executive Chef Peter Graziano, a native New Yorker, has been chef at the famed Vielle Vaison in Boca Raton, FL, and executive chef at I Tre Merli Chicago and Bistro at the Trump Tower. He blends the old country flavors with the innovative spirit that has become hallmark of the restaurant business in New York.
The menu is centered on the specialty of the Barolo region of northern Italy, with its risottos, fresh pastas, fish, and meat dishes. Pastas, breads, focaccias, and desserts are prepared daily on the premises.
