Salsify Finally!

Trigo Rocks!!! Second time back yesterday and the place keeps getting better and better... I had the salsify tagitelle.. The server describe the dish as a veg. root that they shave and play off an alfreddo... Wow i felt much better eating a veggie and the taste was extrodinary. the crispy almond chips and shredded chees on top was so damn good. My girlfriend had the veal meatballs with smoked yogurt and bonito flakes.. The flakes on the top of the meatballs were moving around as if they were alive.
