Owner and Chef Terrence Brennan replaces the failed Trigo with his own Bar Artisanal, a French bistro with a communal feel and Brennan's unique flair for playful twists on classic dishes. Enjoy the cuisine of Bradford Thompson, formerly the chef at Lever House. A wood-burning oven allows the chef to make gourmet French-style pizzas, and a delicious charcuterie & cheese bar. Don't fret if you want to take a little something home, though; Bar Artisanal will include a retail component where patrons can get meals to go, supplies like olive oil, and selections from the charcuterie and cheese bar.
