AMA is a bright, stylish, hip spot recently opened on the cusp of Soho. AMA is the third restaurant from savvy restaurateur Donatella Arpaia, owner of Bellini Restaurant and co-owner of David Burke & Donatella. AMA is co-owned with Executive Chef Turibio Girardi. AMA is inspired by Puglian cuisine, Chef Girardi took home styled family recipes and spun them into new age Italian food. The teaming of these two makes "Italian food taste fresh again".
