Editorial Review
Marion's has finally gone to the great restaurant heaven in the sky. Perched on the Bowery like a butterfly of yesteryear, Marion's was a true survivor. With the yellow plate special, the lounge full of lizards, and tables full of happy diners sitting amidst the perpetually fascinating kitschy decor, Marion's never ceased to please. The food was somewhat average, but you went here for the crowds and the right to feel fabulous.
Michael and Richard want you to know: "For the interim, the new management will be running the bar under the Marion's name while they begin their transition." From female to male, one wonders?
