A: NYC.com gift certificates can be used for regular seats any show that we sell at the time in New York or London. (We sell every show on Broadway!) Gift certificates can not be used to purchase premium seats.
A: Gift certificates cost $132.00 each, which is the average price of a top-priced Orchestra or Front Mezzanine seat. This includes the face value of the ticket and the service charge, as well as standard shipping. Dinner vouchers cost $40, $50 or $70, depending on the menu and venue.
A: We will credit you--the purchaser--the unused amount should the ticket cost under $120 after the gift certificate is redeemed. If the ticket costs more, NYC.com will cover the excess costs. Please note that gift certificates can NOT be redeemed for premium seats or used towards the purchase of a hotel package.
A: You can send the gift certificate to the recipient or to yourself via e-mail, standard mail or Federal Express.
A: If you would like to order more than one gift certificate, you will have the option at the end of your first order to place another using the same billing information.
A: This option is available if you just want to place one quick order for multiple certificates of the same value and don't need to specify individual recipients.
