phenomenal
Pros: stunningly beautiful
Cons: a bit far for the average city slicker to travel
The Dia Foundation created a phenomenal home Upstate for many of its stunning works of modern art. From Dan Flavin to Andy Warhol, from Louise Bourgeois to Josef Beuys and so many others, Dia maintains one of America's most impressive repositories of late 20th century art. Well worth repeat visits.
