The director of the Museum of Arts & Design has told the New York Times exactly what she thinks about the derelict lollipop building at Columbus Circle: "I think nearly everyone would agree 2 Columbus Circle is a tremendous eyesore; some of us call it the world's greatest urinal at this point."
