Where did all these other Western Beef stores come from. I remember there being two stores,  one on Metropolitan Ave. and one in Flushing! I started shopping at the Western Beef in Flushing when I was working as a cashier back in 1979, I have been shopping their since. I like the selection of meat, the quality of the products, the variety and the prices. The deli is great and having the produce right outside is very convenient.

I love to purchase fresh fruit and vegtables. I do not like shopping in a grocery store. I've shopped in 2 Top Tomato stores, one of was in brooklyn back in the 80's. Great management staff, great prices, great selection, good quality. I have since moved to Long Island and miss shopping at Top Tomatoe.
