Pros: hmmmm... Nice location? Not thanks to them, though...
Cons: Terrible service, average food, pricey, bad service, really long waits, awful service...

After a couple of months of sitting, EVERY day, at the same table and ordering the same coffee, they still don't know my name, they still don't know what I am going to order, they still make me wait over 15 minutes to get my order, I still have to end up going to the counter to pay for my coffee since they ignore me when I'm trying to get the check... Look, I'm not expecting too much, but definitely this is too little.
