Cons: management
Even after 2 years parking in the garage and paying all bills on due time, management would hardly pick up the phone if you are calling to retrieve your deposit.
Watch the contract for a "3 month prior" clause, and review your annual contract carefully. Be prepared to send many claim faxes and to have someone hanging up the phone on you while you try to get information. Really unprofessional and rude people...
