I went into contract to have my kitchen redone. New floors, appliances, cabinets, the works.  They told me it would take 1-2 weeks to complete the job once everything was in. I figured in reality a month and then maybe a week or two for touch ups. I'm reasonable. Well it's six months and the kitchen still isn't completed.  The person they gave the job to didn't know what he was doing. My new stainless steel refrigerator has a scratch as does my stainless steel stove. They painted the walls without protecting the side of the refrigerator and got paint on it. When they cleaned off the paint, they removed the black finish.  Then they got spray black paint to touch it up (can you imagine this). Two of the cabinets were the wrong size. Instead of getting new ones they cut those and ordered new doors.  I wouldn't mind, except that you can tell where they cut when you open the doors. One of the large doors had to re reordered because the person put the handle in the wrong place. When I got a new door but it is all scratched up.  They must have found it in their basement. My stainless steel fan was installed improperly, so it makes alot of noice and the cover that is attached to the ceiling came down on top of the fan. Now for the best part. My kitchen tiles are beautiful, except that they are all cracking.  Looks like the floor wasn't leveled properly. I now have 14 cracked tiles.  Whole floor needs to be redone...obviously not by them. The Company compained about their workers.  That is not my problem. I paid for a service and now I'm ready to redo the whole kitchen again.  This was not cheap.
We're talking $25,000 for a SMALL kitchen. Oh I forgot, the faucet I ordered, which is beautiful, cost $700 and has a big scratch on it.  It came that way and the worker put it in that way...still to be changed. Do yourself a favor, do not go to these people.  You'll be soooooo sorry. Good Luck!
