On February 16, 2009 from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm, Women on the Fast Track (WOTFT), a Long Island - based organization for business and professional women, will hold their Nassau County Chapter 2 meeting.
WOTFT is a unique networking group for business and professional women that was launched in Nassau and Suffolk County in the later part of 2006. Comprised of smart, talented, successful, enterprising women willing to share information, contacts, resources, inspiration and their boundless energy, WOTFT has quickly grown to be one of the areas pre-eminent networking groups.
The meeting will begin at 6:00pm sharp at the offices of Morritt Hock Hamroff and Horowitz at 400 Garden City Plaza, Garden City, for women professionals and business owners. On Saturday, April 25 from 7 pm - midnight, Hospice Care Network will hold its 20th Annual Dinner Celebration at Captain Bill’s Bayview House in Bay Shore, NY to benefit its Children’s and Family Bereavement Programs and Services. The event will honor the Gravina Family for their exceptional support and commitment to Hospice Care Network as well as significant involvement in their community.
To mark the 20th anniversary of this event, HCN has added a unique twist—featuring a “Roaring 20’s” theme. Guests will enjoy a buffet dinner, live entertainment by “Rich Mahogany,” and a live auction. Ticket price per person is $125 ($150 at the door) and sponsorships begin at $25.
