Trouble Makers
Pros: 6 weeks free storage?
Cons: COULD NOT follow planned schedule + their way or nothing
Their pick up service arrived 2 HOURS EARLIER. 7:30 am
You'll be expected to tip 15% of the total payment to the moving crew.
They'll hold your stuff for ransom at their storage until they feel like delivering them to you or until you complain about their delay to the Better Business Bureau.
Most likely, you'll receive your belongings back a week and a half late.
Their contract is very shady, and the customer service VERY RUDE, unless you go their way and never argue about anything.
The customer is never right for them. That's why I'll never use their service again.
