what an obserd joke this place is!!!!!!!!!couldnt buy tickets in advance online or otherwise,,,,so we made plans to enjoy some skating at the new monh polar rink with my wife and kids SO WE took the train all the way down to the city got there around 4pm sat. only to be told tickets are sold out,,, but when i looked in the rink there were only 5 people skating on the ice. so i talked to the ticket person for an explanation,HOW ARE TICKETS SOLD OUT BUT THERE ARE ONLY 5 PEOPLE ON THE ICE,,???? and SHE couldnt give me ONE , but She did tell me tickets will be available again at 7pm,, SO IM SUPPOSED TO WAIT AROUND FOR 3 HOURS WITH MY KIDS IN THE COLD AND HOPE WE GET TICKETS.!!! ITS JOKE AND WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS PLACE IS INEPT AND SHOULD BE FIRED
