There are a million things to do while you're here! It will probably still be a little chilly, but being outside is unavoidable in the city, so pack a jacket. Depending on what the people in your group are interested in, and whether or not you're willing to split up, you could do any number of things. There are the museums, the shopping, the Broadway shows, the night life, Central Park, South Street Seaport, and, of course, the landmarks (Empire State, Statue of Liberty, Chrysler Building, etc.). And, of course, you'll have to EAT. I would suggest getting a Fodor's or Frommer's NYC guide. I bought one of each and studied them from cover to cover before I moved here and found them quite helpful. Have a great trip!
