Resident Londoner visiting NYC after several years gap. Need recommendations on where to go, what to see to make return visit even better that the very first time! Have done all the traditional "tourist" sites. Want something more authentic!! And where can I smoke... ? ( should I fancy the odd post prandial fag!) Also, do I have to "tip" everybody who crosses my path??!!
