screw this! i am leaving

This morning was wretched, getting off the ferry and fighting the crowds, everyone was mad and unhappy. I waited in line at Starbucks for a gingerbread latte and got bumped a few times. Everyone who showed up at the office is miserable. And sick with the flu. What kind of Christmas will this be? Well I am so happy we are leaving for Christmas tomorrow, thank you Staten Island for the bridges connecting us to the mainland so we can drive outta here. New Jersey never seemed so sweet.
