Why am I feeling like "death" today? - and how to fix it!

For the last few days I seem to have had some really crazy thoughts like "whats the point to life".  I have been on an emotional rollercoaster with most of my feelings of a deep and despairing nature.  My head was dizzy, I had palpitations in my heart, I also noticed that I was sleeping longer with exhaustion, I couldnt think straight and for about a week now my neck was extremely painful.  As crazy as it seems I could have happily taken my life. The desire was so strong. Everything seemed pointless. I could not see any purpose to living, I could not see any potential in my future. All I could see was doom, gloom and a total waste of time to my life, whats more I couldnt seem to control these thoughts.

I have trained as a shaman with the Peruvian Quetchua Indians and an Australian Aborigines so the feelings that were fast creeping up in me should have been a warning, however the one thing that entities or as I call them "addons" do is to take over your thought forms and try to gain control of your choices.  Most often entities are passive, however there are times when a more powerful entity has an agenda which can take various forms.

The interesting thing was that these feelings came on so suddenly. One day I was absolutrely fine, very positive and happily motivated and the next I was in the depths of dispair.  I could not be sure what triggered the feelings either, although I do remember being more sensetive than usual.  For several days I fought with the thoughts that were taking me over.  The one thing that pulled me back into my spirituality was another soul who was struggling and had booked a sesion with me for some healing.  As we talked through her needs and discovered the root cause of her lifes challenges, I became aware that as Divine Sorce Energy channeled through me, my own vibrations lifted enough for me to realize that I had been infiltrated by an energy addon that really wanted me to take my life.

I am an effective and powerful energy worker with good intent for the global evolution of our race and planet to the next phase of our physical exhistance. It would suit the lower vibrations of this world to have me out of the way so this entity did not come as a surprise to me and certainly has not been the first.  What was a surprise was, the power it had over my intentions.

As soon as I became aware of it and its strength I knew I had to act fast so that it could not reestablish its hold on me.  These energies attach themselves to the spine, wrapping the tail around the spinal colomn.  Energetically this one looked like a tadpole with a dark energy mass and a tail that moves through an energy field(aura) in a swim like motion (there are a number of different addons).  So I had to remove its hold on my spine which also effectively allows us to regain our own thoughts as it can then no longer can tap into our thinking processes. To do this I had to heat my spine up, this required a meditation and process of passing energetic fire up the spine. I felt the energy mass move and hide in my head (dull and very gentle headache and pressure felt in head)  I was also taking back control and telling the mass that it was no longer welcome in my body and it was time to leave.  I invited to leave under its own free will to which it reluctantly agreed.

I then pulled divine light down through my body from the crown chakra, through all of the chakras in turn to my feet and out into the earth through root like structures.  This was followed by a shaft of ultra violet white light from above the crown.  This represented a vacuum tube that sucked all low vibrations from my body from the feet upward, working its way up my body until all of my body had been sucked clear.  I did managed to see it lift out of me ( I view things with my 3rd eye rather than actually 'see' with the naked eye)   I felt some residue and so returned the tube of light to the area in my head and held it there until all residue was gone.  I then vacuumed out my energetic field making sure that any cords or dense energy was cleared.

Interestingly enough when I had completed the process my head felt clearer, a peaceful, calm came over me, all thoughts of suicide had left me, the thick head feeling had lifted and I my appitite returned.

It is possible for people to work on themselves however it is often helpful to have someone help guide you through the process.  I first discovered energy work and the etheric 20 years ago where I helped a girl shift an entity without having any knowlege or awerness of what I was doing, I now realised that this was an area of healing that has become a speciality for me, along with soul healing and other shamanic practices.

I am currently working on a book that will contain simple tools for personal fixits!
