Do not use this company, they are extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They canceled on our initial consultation twice and despite our better judgement we let them come later that week. When they came they told us it would take two weeks to order our one panel of glass that was needed. This seems like a really long time but once again gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I called almost two weeks later to see when they would be installing it, I was told it would take even longer for the shipment and they would call me back with more details. I was left a voicemail the next morning telling me that the shipment was never placed because supposedly me and my landlord verbally telling them that it didn't matter what color the glass was as long as it was clear wasn't good enough. When I called to talk to them and asked why they never called anyone to confirm they hung up on me. I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional and rude. They clearly messed up the order and were trying to blame everyone from me to our landlord for their incompetence. And despite speaking good English have no people skills and cant handle complaints even ones that weren't even finished being addressed. Do not use this company unless you have weeks to waste, like being lied to and like the notion that the customer is never right.
