Bougt a I-Phone on my tourist visit to New york The price was 100 usd. When i wanted to pay he wouldnt accept cash only creditcard. The slip to sign on seemed strange, but Antonio told me that it is the way it is written in NY the comma is placed different, Anyway didnt expect to be cheated on 5th Avenu in a nice photo store, so i signed.
When i returned to Denmark i found out tha 866,99 usd. had been drawn from my account, i have contacted the shop by phone two times, and they are really Nasty, the answer is, Bring the item back, and my money will be returned. Okay i said, i will send it by the UPS but no i can only bring it back face to face.
I have found a lot of similar nasty stories about this shop on the internet, They are really cheating the tourists. Please do something about this matter i cant afford to loose 766 usd.
If i was an American Citicen i wouldnt be to proud of having a store like this in my area. I liked my staying in NYC, But this destroyed a lot for me.
