try the alpine liqueurs!
Pros: delicious, creative/new Austrian, attentive staff
Cons: no reservations or phone
At last a cozy Austrian beisl in the city! Try the two Austrian liqueurs they are introducing in the city - one is a stone pine liqueur (Zirbenz) made from a fruit that only grows in the high alps - a tradition when skiing; the other is an alpine cream liqueur - wow. Now gimme that torte...
I didn't feel rushed, but think they'll let you sit for hours nursing ein kleine brunner without offering a bill?!
