Bad customer service and service
Pros: location
Cons: corporate staff, not friendly, too comercialized,
Following the wonderful location, looks, name, etc i decided to try a facial at Bliss. The lady who did my facial (mary) did not do a good job. She barely answered my questions and rushed all the steps; as if someone was waiting for her. Worst, was the fact that she completely sold me the wrong products. Desperate after breaking out three days after my mom sent me to a Serenity Spa in Chelsea, right away Nini an esthetician at this spa look at my skin and asked me what i was using. She told me that the products i got at Bliss were for acne pro skin when i only had oily but sensitive skin areas (being the reason why i broke up in some areas). I called Bliss and explained the situation, they won't take the products back since I opened/used them already. A completely waste of time. Next time I will follow my mom's advice when it comes to skin care places
