Poor fit. Not custom by the poor quality of fitting
Pros: Used to be OK
Cons: They can't make a shirt right
Used them for years and put up with so-so service and poor fit but no more. Tried again and service is even worse and the garments don't fit. It's supposed to be a custom shirt and they can't get the body, length, neck or anything to fit. Don't waste your time or money.
