Hey, Sugar
Pros: Great service, terrific location, nice ambiance
Cons: too much sugar
The ambiance of the Dinosaur is terrific, as is the service. My concern is the amount of sugar in many dishes -- I had the "vegetarian" greens and carrot & raisin salad, which I would have enjoyed had both not been laced with sugar. The dinosaur burger was very good. The high sugar content of the meal really interfered with my enjoyment.

Interesting comment. It's probably worth reflecting on that many traditional American BBQ joints do use lots of sugar in their sauces and sides. Most commercial sauces you'll find on the market contain massive amounts of corn syrup, and a few still do use sugar. Tip: for a terrific marinade of your own with a more simple fruit-based sugar, use papaya juice, one of mother nature's best-known tenderizers.
