Perhaps the only thing the Time Warner center really has going for it are its celebrity chefs and their world-class restaurants. Shopping there is relatively unpleasant, and certainly a luxury hotel that high in the sky doesn't appeal (to me at least). But Gray Kunz's restaurant is a crowd pleaser, of course not least because he brings his formidable repertoire and extensive background to the table at this amazing restaurant. With his own history as a Swiss chef working in Asia, Europe and the USA, this intercontinental star has done it again.
