microbrew to macro marketing
Pros: great taste
Cons: less filling (just kidding)
Brewing in NYC has had a checkered history in recent decades, and a number of ventures have failed spectacularly, while others have flourished. Meanwhile, I'm glad Brooklyn survives and that less of their output is coming from F.X. Matt in Utica!
