Huge delays at Newark, LaGuardia and JFK airports today because ... the radar failed. America's biggest city is plagued by numerous air traffic control problems, and a report in today's Times further underscores what this radar failure means: We're in big trouble.
Memo to FAA: Instead of posting your (mis-)information showing Greenwich Mean Time, how about EST or PST? Those time zones are actually in the United States.
