Notorious DRO knocked low

DRO, or Deadly Ruthless Outlaw, is a ruthless graffiti tagger, according to police. Police grabbed him last week and charged him with making graffiti in Queens, the Bronx, Manhattan, and Brooklyn.
But not Staten Island.
