About a year ago I wrote a review to share about the horrible experience I had with the visit to Plaza Honda of Brooklyn for a recall remedy. Long story short, I gave them a fair review on a followed survey from American Honda, only to have the service advisor of that dealer called me during work hour shortly after to yell at me and accuse me of "trashing" her review. I called the dealer and to American Honda to complain. Their manager gave me a call after a while to apologize and promised me for a free oil change. So after one more visit to that dealer, I just put it behind me and moved on to the other dealer down at Bay Ridge.
So all of a sudden, Plaza Honda called me trying to reconcile the situation - almost 1 year later. After their head manager called me, I realized the reason they wanted to reconcile with me all because they've found my review on nyc.com and wanted me to retrack it. So I removed my review for them. What did I get in return, the manager phone number, he said I can call him directly if I run into any issue with them again.
Go figure...
