It's not well known in the world that Germany is in fact one of the worlds carnival capitals. During the last week of carnival the main capital of the so called "fifth season" Cologne is in a state of constantly celebration. Here is the biggest parade and the craziest parties. But every small village in Germany has its own parade and the people are dressed up and happy all the time.
