Beware Citizens Bank
Pros: None
Cons: Terrible Service
Citizens has the worst customer service - they will not help resolve any issue - their policy is not to change anything they have done or even let you talk to a manager to resolve a problem -- 40 years I have never dealt with such a terrible bank -
