This was my first visit to New York. And of course I wanted to see the sites to this amazingly cultured city. I chose a hotel close to the airport and what I thought was close to Manhattan Luxury Tours but, of course I was wrong. Once arriving the night before and trying to get directions I realized that no one knew what I was talking about and couldn't point me in the right direction. I tried to call no number avail. and I had to get online to cancel my tour. Upon arriving home was notified through email that my funds wouldn't be refunded back to me.
