This was my first visit to New York.  And of course I wanted to see the sites to this amazingly cultured city. I chose a hotel close to the airport and what I thought was close to Manhattan Luxury Tours but, of course I was wrong.  Once arriving the night before and trying to get directions I realized that no one knew what I was talking about and couldn't point me in the right direction. I tried to call no number avail. and I had to get online to cancel my tour.  Upon arriving home was notified through email that my funds wouldn't be refunded back to me. So, my advise to everyone who's willing to go with this tour is this.  First, your hotel have a list of tour guides for you and they go everywhere this tour goes and more and a lower rate. Second, there isn't a number for you to call and they won't call you (I provided my phone number for them to contact me).  Third, if you're taking a cab not only do you have to pay the cab fare but the tolls to get to you're location.  Fourth, This particular tour isn't easily located. And finally fifth, looking at this type of bus you're either going to be to hot on top or to cold, when ever you decide to visit.  Also, read the cancellation booklet (where ever that is) because if you don't cancel 2 days before your visit, actually 3 days, they will take your money and will not return it.
