Our company has been using the Dependable Delivery for many years but during the past 1 year, they failed to deliver our newspaper very frequently (sometimes as often as 4 days out of 5 business days!) and their customer service is very rude. We recently switched to more dependable, reliable, and trustworthy company in the area. Dependable always makes excuses and never apologize for the missed delivery.
They claim someone is stealing our paper but we have a doorman 24 hours in our office and we trust our doorman 100%. I would like to know how other people think about this company...Is it just us so unlucky??
