This place has a sweet potato pie that is off the hook! And don't even get me started on the bread pudding! The even have strawberry shortcake and my favorite quick pick, cherry supreme cake. Wimps is all about good quality ingredients put together with southern savvy, and cooked with good old-fashioned mothely love. Being from down south, I've grown up around some of this country's most amazing cooks--and I've got the country hips to prove it. Believe me when I tell you, this bakery is on point and its well worth the trekk from Bedford Park into Harlem. Their pies will make you miss your nanna.

The only complaint the average person may have is the fact that the service is kinda slow. But in the end, you won't care. The rich deccadent deserts are worth it. Besides, what would Grandma say if you tried to rush her sweet potato pie?
