We rented an apartment for 4 years. Washers and dryers on our floor and other floors were broken for over 1 year. We've NEVER spoken with anyone from this rotten management company. Our neighbors in this building never got their deposits back, regardless how clean or immaculate they've left it. One of our neighbors painted her entire apartment and hired a cleaning crew. She only got her deposit back after hiring a lawyer 6 months after she moved.

It's a great location and nice building but beware of the bitter, creatures masked as the management company called Lucky LLC.

BTW, NEVER use them as a reference cause they will damage your rental history!!! Spoken from experience.
