Terrible Service Dept.
Pros: Close to home....
Cons: Terrible Service, Terrible attitudes, NO return phone calls even after vehicle is fixed!
Back in July of 03' My wife and I decided to purchase a new truck. After doing research on the computer we decided to purchase a F-250 with a powerstroke diesel. It was a lariet package/crew cab. We decided to make Curry Ford our dealership due to the fact they are about 6 miles from our home. The truck set us back $50,000 dollars, and was a trouble truck from day 1. The service Dept at Curry ford was the worst,BY FAR, any dealeship we have ever dealt with. No one will return phone calls, a loaner car takes weeks in advance to get (which does not help when the vehicle you just purchased is sitting in the lot waiting to be repaired) and the people from the service department (especially a lady named Nancy) have the worst attitudes we have ever dealt with. We have recently switched dealerships for service (At Nancy from Curry Fords suggestion) to Brewster Ford. It is a bit of a ride for us , but the service with a smile is worth the ride. And, A loaner was available in a timely manner. My advice- DO NOT USE CURRY FORD FOR SALES OR SERVICE!
