New Luggage storage place in NYC
Pros: Great place, central location, really cheap!
Cons: I wish this service was available in more places
Since September 11, many public places like the Port Authority and Penn Station who used to offer public coat check/luggage storage all closed. Tourists and locals alike have been expressing their disappointment about the lack of such facilities as they are needed by a lot of people. Now (finally) a new store in Midtown Manhattan is offering daily luggage and bag storage for $5/bag/day. The name of this place is J & S Rent-A-Locker. They are located at 147 W. 35th Street, between 7th Ave and Broadway Ave. Their website is www.jsrentalocker.com
