Horrible Service!!! DO NOT Park your car here for your safety

Cons: Horrible Service. Not a 24-hour shop, although claims to be.
This place claims to be open 24 hours. When I parked my car, I was assured that by their attendant. However, when I went to pick up my car around midnight, this place was closed. Unable to reach them (no phone number posted or listed anywhere) and being desperate as I had to leave NYC on that night with kids, I called 911. Even when cops came, they were not able to reach anybody. Not to mention, this caused tremendous sufferings to me while I was stranded on the road with two kids until 3am. When I went back the next morning to pick up my car, they did not even apologize. So please stay away from this place and let others know.
