Josie’s East is very nice with excellent service too bad that Josie’s West doesn’t live up to its standard: the service is awful the place is dirty (cutlery, plates & washrooms) and we tried to complain about the service but the manager didn’t even come to us when we asked for him.
The Bartender is loud and obnoxious – a nightmare!!!!
Stick to the East Side!!!!

I arrived for dinner with friends and the nightmare begun: the waitress rang up wrong drinks and until we got the ones we ordered the others already finished theirs and the food had arrived. We ordered extra items and were charged for each one! Some of the food was cold and our waitress never came to check on us….
We tried to complain but there was no one to talk to – the manager was not found! I had never had such an experience in my life and I can’t believe this restaurant still has customers – it was awful!!!!
I can recommend other Mexican restaurants in the area such as El Azteca and Mi Nidito.
