Turkish for the Mod, or the Moody
Pros: pation, brunch, art, tartar
Cons: not there yet
It's always nice to have a roomy place to go to, and also to find a place in Willy B where the service staff does try, even if they drop the ball from time to time. It's better than a blank stare and a huff of ennui.
Brunch is good, and the big open patio is a a real treat for those caged in match-box sized apartments. It's pricier than a lot of other local spots, but *sigh*, that is a sign of the times to come. Remeber: Times to Come.
Sp, don't let the "old guard" of Willy B (all of whome are not originally from there, nor much older than 25) tell you that My Moon is ruining the neighborhood. The 'hood is changing, and if you don't like the change, then learn an effective way to affect it in the way that you want.
In the meantime, enjoy a new twist on pan-Mediterranean dishes like calimari, couscous, kebab, and tapas.
