Okay, Ronnybrook's new Milk Bar is no Karova -- no Milk Plus, no Milk Plus Dreminol, and no Milk Plus Synthemesc, my droogie friends -- in fact you won't even find alcohol in this bar. And that's just fine. Because what they do serve is the creamiest ice cream west of Ninth Avenue. Deep in the rough-hewn heart of the Chelsea Market, this stylishly retro ice cream parlor blends the freshest natural ingredients with flash-pasteurized dairy products for exceptionally flavorful rich treats. The Milk and Honey blended milk "cocktail" features Hummingbird Ranch Honey, and tangy yogurt that's frothy and delicious. Their "shaken milk cocktails" include a moccachino with heavy cream and a shot of espresso. Come by for breakfast as early as 8:30 a.m. for yogurt with granola, honey and berries or cast iron eggs with asparagus, farmer's cheese and garden herbs. And when the weather cools-down, be sure to stop by for Ronnybrook's seasonal egg nog.
