We've been to B. Smith's twice - both times were on Friday evenings AFTER the theatre crowd had left. The first time I went, which was a few years ago, I had a seafood dish (don't recall exactly) that was served with the most delicious and delicate French lentils and southern greens. The second time I had the seared salmon. It was perfectly cooked and the delicious. The only thing I was surprised about was that both times there were not too many people there. But, then again, I don't know what it's like with the theatre crowd. The service was impeccable - not intrusive and not lax. The ambience was just right warm and elegant but not overdone.
