Chatting With A Cat...

Yeah well, I definately find it difficult, if not impossible to write emails and chat around on IRC and MSN when you have a cat sitting on your table, between your k-board and yourself.

First of all, as when reading a newspaper on a table, the cat won't budge, no matter what happens, and even if there's food involved.  The cat wants your complete attention.

Second: If you dare move your hands a little, as in to use your mouse, or try to type something, the cat will definately start moving, and will probably hit you a few times with it's paws. Bring back your attention to scratching and caressing your cat.

Third:  If you still try to write something, the cat will definately bite your hands, fingers, forearms.  It will look at you with it's lovely smile, and will bite some more.  If you try to escape from the cat's grip, the cat will get you again.  If you try to push the cat elsewhere on your desk, it'll come back.  If you put it down on the floor, it'll come back.

The end is, no matter what happens, take care of your cat until it decides to go away, by it's own decision.

These small lines that I wrote, it took me about 25 mins to write it all down. And with the help of my feline, Taz. A real devil.
