I ate at Iguana in 2004 after seeing a show with my sister-in-law. We enjoyed the food and ambience and decided to bring the rest of our family on a recent trip to NYC. We had a party of 7 and went on a Saturday for lunch. The service was slow and inattentive. It took over 45 minutes to be served our basic lunch orders. There were 'floaties' in our drinks. And much to our disappointment, our food was undercooked (including beef that was still "moo"ing) and our orders were cold. Our waiter never came back to check on us during the meal so when the busboy started to clear our hardly touched meals, we asked him to instead, bring back our waiter or the manager so we could discuss...
