Avoid this Sears Auto store - dishonest management
Pros: good company overall
Cons: bad location because of dishonest management, they deny any wrongdoing,
There is 0 star rating for this sears because they may damage (scratch/soil or worse) your car and deny anything.
IF YOU GO TO THEM, INSPECT YOUR CAR WITH SEAR PERSONNEL AND MAKE SURE THEY NOTE ANY DAMAGES OR LACK OF DAMAGES ON YOUR CAR PRIOR TO WORK,
IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO, ANY DAMAGES WILL BE DENIED BY THEIR "MANAGER" TOM NO-LAST-NAME. AFTER SERVICING MY CAR IN THIS AUTO PLACE, THE CAR HAD A SCRATCH. TOM NO-LAST-NAME REPLY LIKE "AH, THIS? THIS IS NOTHING! IT'S NOT US." AND HE REFUSED TO PUT IT ON PAPER.
so, there is total denial about any wrongdoing by them.
note: I check the car every day and there was no scratch on it!!!
If you have time and money to sue them (the particular locations and management), don't hesitate!!!
