The Murray Hill East is a 14-story all-suite tourist class hotel that is a bit shopworn and weary. While adequate for the budget traveler, anyone visiting on business or who is used to more modern touches will be disappointed. That said the hotel offers a decent location in the heart of the historic Murray Hill section of Manhattan and offers rates that are hard to find elsewhere for an equivalent class hotel.

This hotel is strategically positioned within a walking distance from many attractions. Only five blocks from the United Nations Headquarters, the hotel is three blocks from Fifth Avenue Shopping and Park Avenue while the Theater District is just half a mile away.
